Aurelia didn't start with a business plan. It started with a conversation — and then another, until the pattern was impossible to ignore.
Carly Luke and Emily Kingston are sisters, raised inside sport. Their grandmother ran an entire netball association; their brother was a professional footballer. Carly reached state level in lacrosse and coached a local A Grade netball side to back-to-back premierships. Emily represented Victoria in netball from Under 11s through to Under 21s and competed at Championship level in the Victorian Netball League. Between them, they understand women's sport from the ground up.
Professionally, they've built together for over a decade through their agency, Circus Media — working alongside clubs, leagues, and organisations across Australia. It was through that decade — playing, coaching, and working inside the ecosystem — that the gap became impossible to ignore.
Aurelia is the answer they kept wishing someone else had already built.
